HACAC is a non-profit organization of professionals working in the realm of college admissions, both on the secondary and post-secondary levels. Like our parent organization, the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), we are dedicated to helping students transition to post-secondary education through education, collaboration, and community building.
HACAC was formed in 1987 when NACAC granted a charter to a small group of counselors who had been part of the Western Association of College Admission Counselors. Since then, we’ve grown to include over 300 members from a variety of local, mainland, and international schools.
